Sands Decker provided detailed site civil engineering for the new 40,000 square foot Basic Systems (BSI) office building, entry drive, parking lot, and water and sewer facilities. Design documents included a site dimension plan; site utility plan including water services, sanitary sewer services, stormwater drainage and stormwater detention in compliance with OEPA Phase II post-construction requirements; and a site grading plan. The documents also included a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) in compliance with state and local regulations for sediment and erosion control during construction.
